WEEKLY WORKSHOPS
We take a holistic approach to learning and growing. Each week, you will have access to (4) workshops related to imposter syndrome, research, writing, and confident decision-making. We strongly encourage members to attend at least one call per week.
CO-WORKING SESSIONS
We provide weekly time for you to get work and writing completed. Our coaches are ready to support you by being a sounding board and an accountability partner. We meet every week to plan and work.
COMMUNITY
We are here and waiting to support you. We will pull up whenever you need us, and we come looking for you when you try and ghost us. We want you to WIN!

This path will help you put words on the page with ease. No more writer's block. Learn how to write a complete draft of your manuscripts in 30 days or less.
BUSINESS - PATH #2
This path will help you make $1,000 a month in 10 hours or less each week using videos and workbooks for each section of building an academic brand.

I left Higher Education at the end of 2020 and now work full-time as an educator and coach through The Institute.
I worked hard to dismantle oppressive thinking that told me the only way to teach and help students was to work within a school or institution. But, I got tired of sitting in boring trainings with unprepared consultants who were getting paid double my salary to tell me things I already knew. I decided that maybe I was on the wrong side of the educational system.
- I started my business while working full-time in Higher Education.
- I replaced my salary and gave my notice that I was leaving in June 2020.
- I now spend my days working with educators like you to do the same.
It feels scary now to think about putting yourself out there. I also know how FREEING it is to take the leap and work for yourself.
Doing what you love with those whom you want to work with most is the ultimate form of FREEDOM!
